BUYING FROM GISELLERY
This is very easy, simply click on the "add to basket" button, next to the item required, whereupon it will be added to your shopping cart. Once you have completed your order, use the "checkout" button, where you wil be directed to PAYPAL. Paypal is a secure and easy way of paying without disclosing your credit or debit card details directly to me.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay by some other means, such as cheque or postal order, please email me with details of the item(s) you require, and I will email you an invoice. If you prefer, you could copy and paste the details onto your email. The goods will be despatched on receipt and clearance of your payment.

P & P for jewellery items is normally £1 for the UK, (free for any additional items) - Gift Boxes or ORganza gift pouches are included in teh price.

RETURNS POLICY
I want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, but returns for refund or exchange are accepted for any reason, provided the item is returned in it's original condition within 10 days. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty or not as described.
